Summer day camps are for riders between the ages of 5 - 18

Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (There is some flexibility provided to accommodate parents’/guardians’ work schedules.)

 

We offer engaging outdoor and indoor activities and focus on equine education, safety, and fun. Our instructors are knowledgeable and experienced in both on-the-ground and in-saddle aspects of horsemanship.

The camp experience includes:

• Horse care (grooming, farrier visit, vet check-up)

• Choosing the right equipment for the horse and for one’s riding goals

• Proper riding techniques

• Horse show preparation

• Equestrian competition and teamwork

 

Campers participate in scavenger hunts, engage in equine games, and help feed, maintain the barn, grounds, and arenas as part of the holistic equine experience.  

 

First Session Dates: June 28, 2021 - July 02, 2021

Second Session Dates: July 19, 2021 - July 23, 2021

Third Session Dates:  August 9, 2021 - August 13, 2021

 

Cost: $ 400.00 for the week.

There are limited openings and a non-refundable half-cost deposit of $200 is required to hold the space; the balance is due prior to the first day of camp.
